Terms and conditions
- The minimum lease period of 3 days
- Customer owns a driving license for category B, a minimum of 2 years experience
- The adequacy of a category B license is valid: the drawing vehicle must have a maximum permissible weight of 3,500 kg and a maximum of 8 seats, while the maximum permissible weight combination tractor and trailer must not exceed 3,500 kg, with the maximum permissible weight of the trailer must not above the curb weight of motor vehicles (in other cases it is no longer a need to license other groups, such as group E)
- Reservations made by filling out the contact form on our website is valid 96 hours, this time to the customer for confirmation of the advance payment of EUR 3.000, - CZK. For cancellations within 30 days before the agreed rental is returned to customers in full, 15 to 30 days prior to the agreed lease, the customer is refunded the amount 2.000, - CZK (1.000, - CZK becomes a contractual penalty for non-reservation), at the time of 3 to 14 days before the agreed lease, the customer is returned to 1.000, - CZK (2.000, - CZK become a contractual penalty for non-reservation). Later cancellation the advance in its entirety becomes a contractual penalty for non-reservation
- The transmission of the Winnebago customer shall submit a minimum of 2 valid documents (driving license, passport)

- Caravan hire at the agreed number of days shall be paid in advance, ie when the customer lodges a rental deposit and the full amount of rental, the service fee of EUR 900, - CZK per bottle PB and chemical product on the toilet
- Deposit is the landlord as security in case of damage to the caravan, due to the lease
- Accident insurance caravan is matched with a 20% participation of the customer
- Customer is obliged to return the van in the undamaged and clean condition (including empty waste tanks and toilet), cleaning and any damage will pay the landlord
- Customer damage arising from the lease shall notify the transmission of the caravan
- At the end of the lease earlier than agreed has been paid to hire non-refundable, the contractual penalty for early repayment
- At the end of the lease later than the agreed leasing customers charged for each additional day the amount of EUR 2.000, - CZK
- Customer karavan take on the day of the lease at the time of between 8.00 to 17.00 am (at the reception after 16.00 the first day of the lease to leave the total rental price), and forward on the day of termination of the lease at the time of between 8.00 to 15.00 hrs
- After receipt of both parties sign the protocol
- The transfer is expected to be around. 45 minutes time
- In the event of failure on the way the customer is authorized to make repairs or the purchase of spare parts only after telephone confirmation lessor (see Contacts) for payment, you must have proper tax document
- In the event of an accident, the police invite the customer, under the current legislation during the drawing process of an accident, including the contacts involved in an accident and notify the landlord (see contact)
- Customer pays all fines, penalties and damages it caused, which is not to blame the landlord
